Collaborative Divorce Attorney, Mediator, & Certified Divorce Financial Analyst®
As a collaborative divorce attorney, certified mediator, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst®, and co-parent coach, my practice focuses on areas where the parties involved in transition or dispute have a desire to maintain a relationship as co-parents, co-workers, business partners or neighbors. I assist parties in working toward dispute resolution in a manner that addresses the interests of the parties without the need to engage in adversarial or litigation practices. My practice areas include:
Collaborative Law: As a collaborative family law attorney, I assist with the areas below. I also enjoy assisting parties as a Certified Financial Divorce Analyst® in the Collaborative process.
- Divorce, Legal Separation, Parentage
- Parenting Plans & Parenting Plan Modifications

- Post-Secondary Educational Costs
- Prenuptial, Postnuptial, and Co-habitation Agreements

I mediate with both represented and pro se parties and can tailor my process to meet the needs of all parties involved.
Co-Parent Coach: Effective co-parenting is challenging and requires a set of new skills that may not have been needed prior to divorce or separation. I assist parents with their parenting plan as they transition from single to dual households. I also provide co-parenting coaching following divorce to assist parents to move forward as co-parents. This type of coaching is especially helpful to parents who have had an adversarial or litigated divorce.
Consulting Attorney: I review contracts, agreements, and orders and provide advice and guidance for individuals going through mediation or the divorce process.
I would be happy to discuss any of the above with you. To contact my office, please complete the contact form below or schedule a consultation.

- Divorce is a marathon, not a sprintWhen faced with a difficult or challenging situation, many of us try to race through the situation as quickly as possible in an effort to get back to a sense of normalcy and equilibrium. For this reason, I often hear parties wish to use mediation to reduce the time they spend going through a divorce. […]
- Can my spouse and I choose mediation if we don’t have attorneys?Yes. Many of my mediation clients are pro se, meaning they do not have an attorney, or, if represented by an attorney, elect not to have their attorney attend mediation. It is my belief that parties are in the best position to make decisions about their family post-divorce. As long as all parties act in […]
